Rare Antique White & Robin Eggs Blue True Flapper Girl Necklace
Rare White & Robin Eggs Blue celluloid Flapper Girl Length Necklace. Some yellow patina common on the white pieces of due to the use of camphor but still in excellent condition. Carved from a single strand. Possibly parkastine plastic which was created right before bakelite.
Bakelite was the 1st fully synthetic plastic. Parkasine plastic was semi synthetic and plant fibers was used in the process of making this early plastic.
