Rare Antique Scalloped Brown & White Band 7 Inch Bowl Watt Yellow Ware Mint

Here we have a very rare and attractive bowl with. An elaborately molded design and applied brown and white bands. This bold pattern of scalloped arches is one of my favorites, is rarely found and is highly collectable. All of the bowls have a 6 sided foot.

The crisply molded bowl was made by the Watt Pottery Company and is one of several matching brown and white band pieces being listed. Watt Pottery was located in Crooksville, Ohio and produced these pieces for a short period of time during the 1920's. This period was during the end of yellow ware production by potters in America. This bowl measures 7 ½" in width by 4" in height. The underside of the bowl is impressed with the size " 7 ". The bowl is in original mint condition with no damage or repairs.
