Rare 1920's White Star Steamship Agency Enameled Porcelain Advertising Sign

For sale, a very early enameled Steamship Agency advertising sign for Ocean Liner service by. American, Atlantic Transport, Red Star, White Star and White Star-Dominion. The five trans-Atlantic companies were owned by "INTERNATIONAL MERCANTILE MARINE LINES". The Titanic was a White Star ocean liner.

The 8" inch by 8" inch sign is 1/16th. Inch heavy gauge steel for thickness. And weighs approximately 17.75 ounces.

Has nicely detailed and colorful flag images of the five major lines. Backside is a gray enamel (see photos). My research found two larger 17" by 15" double sided signs. This is a smaller single sided sign that measures 8" by 8". One of the larger signs is in the Paul Louden-Brown collection of 7000 White Star Line memorabilia.
