RARE 1800s ANTIQUE AMERICAN 9 ¾ McCOY BLUE & WHITE BAND BOWL YELLOW WARE MINT

  
Here we have an attractive blue and white band McCoy bowl dating to the late 1800s. The bowl is decorated with raised blue and white bands and is finely molded with a flared rim and raised foot.

The underside of the foot has spots of blue glaze that transferred in firing that doesn't detract when upright. Measuring 9 ½" in diameter by 4" in height, the bowl is in original mint condition with no damage or repairs. This is an attractive bowl not found as often as the white banded McCoy bowls.
