It has an early Borgel case, where the mechanism is screwed. The dial has red paint at 12 hour, typically for military watches. The dial has some small cracks/scratches and small chips.
The case shows some signs of wear such as scratches, as you can see from the pictures. The crown has three position, one for winding, one to set up the time and one to unscrew the mechanism. I didn't check to see how well it is keeping time, if you are interested, let me know and I can check during 24 hours.
It is a rare military wristwatch, an antique piece. If you have any reservations please contact me for clarification. We value our feedback as it is a meter of how we work.
